Hey, everybody, I found this site wih this hecka sick banner, well I was just wondering if anybody could identify the effects they used. Like did they use any wind effects, or anything. That's all

ey...the top image is made by a picture and a layer of blue over it with transparancy about 40% I think...the buttons are the same over the blue layer...
A little blocked pattern is also on it...
