tell me what this needs, and what i need to get rid of

please critiquie this lay out for me.

i think that the font that says xipnet on the top left is a
little hard to read, i can't even tell that it's a "t"
maybe get rid of the space to the right of the news, unless u have something planned to fill that empty space.
