You need to learn to optimize your pages. They are all huge. Use File > save for web instead of just File > save or whatever you are using. It compresses the images to a fraction of the size you have them at.

They are pretty good for a beginner though. Even though you used tutorials for a lot of it, you put it together in a creative layout, which is good. Keep it up.

Oh, and more close up pictures of the cheerleaders... naked!

thanks for the feedback ...what can i do to optimize them even if i save them optimized in imageready they are still too big? i use acdsee3.0 to resave my files it makes them a lot smaller but i didnt do it for this page sorry ill work on it thanks again

Male cheerleader aye. Nice site, once you finish optimizing, maybe think about fixing up your lightning animation, it dont look right. Nice design though.
