Not bad.

*circles need to be smoother
*use image width and height, it will make the pages look much better when loading
*border by the side where is has the date is wrong on the support page
*why is date there?? It doesn't pertain to the site.
*try to change the colors of one of the white ares to a diffrent color
*the .net below may look better beside
*I've seen way too much of that blue.

Any ideas on how to make the circles smoother? I guess I could try blurring them or something...?

Maybe control click the layer, invert selection then delete. Your site is ok, your buttons look to optimized, i think your site needs something else it looks pretty boring.

I really should pay attention to load times, but ever since I get my cable modem I kind of forgot about them :P. The server was having some troubles a for a few hours, so maybe you caught it when it was screwy.
