1 thing i really dislike is the animation everytime you click on a menu ... it's too long. try to make ist shorter or just use this roling down paper without "closing the door"...

2 thing: the glow at the bottom. why you have used a outer glow there... dont make any sense to me any doesnt fit at the whole at all.
