wasteddreams.org presents synth

Well, as school is starting soon and I attend to studies inside Multimedia Design I have reformed wasteddreams.org to something more than it was.

Critique please?

Your splash page is completely unnecessary. The page breaks up in Opera and the logo is too jagged. I can see you're hooked onto the gel/chrome look, but it's not consistent throughout the layout. Your headlines and latest updates shouldn't be individual images. It's an attempt all right, but I'm not diggin' it.

The site looks exact the same in Opera and IE here at my comp.
The chrome look was something I went for cause I enjoyed the clean look of it.
I will also focus more on content on this site, as I start to study my galleries will be filled
up pretty quick

Then I would have to assume that this placement was intentional, correct?

i think it looks pretty good but its rather slow loading for me on firefox.

Think it's a problem with the div layers. You have a higher resolution than 1024x768?

I get the same bugs. I must say I really find the logo very "ugh"

Shows up a little funny on my computer too. Also you have way too many slices. Other than that, I think it looks really nice.
