Yet another try.

I have begun again, my site has been up for nearly two months.
Already I've made my third layout. The history repeats itself.

Well what are you're thoughts?

I'd lose the cross-hair link cursor. It might be cool to be different, but it's not what you expect, so it's distracting and makes you think for a second what is going on. There are standard icons across all of the browsers for a reason.

Also the iFrame is really really small. Makes me not really want to read anything. But I guess your focus is more on graphics than saying anything.

It's not an iframe, it's a div layer ;)
Anyhow this layout is made to focus on the graphics.
Since I'm part of a big blog community I've also learned that
small windows aren't that uncommon.

Hm... some of the best designed blogs I know of leave a lot of room for the content since they want you to actually read what they write...

It's more readable anyway, and that's always good.

Anyhow this layout is made to focus on the graphics.

A layout cannot only be about graphics. If it is, its a pretty picture.......not a layout unless the graphics are informative or meaningful in some way.

You have to design your content too(!)....and you got alteast 150 pixels of wasted space on the right/bottom.

Also

1) the shape of the content doesnt flow with anything else. My eye stops dead right over the div.......instead it should be lead across the screen to your artwork,

2) Its cramped. Its small...almost unreadable. It needs breathing room...especially on the left side.

3) the scrollbar sucks.....and its a pain in the ass to scroll down. I shouldnt have to scroll after only 15 lines of text!!!

If you want to keep the window for whatever reason.......thats fine. Just do yourself a favor and make it larger! If "Because blogs do it" is your only reasoning........then you need to give it more thought.

Not bad, but it lacks both color and content area.
