Me and a friend are starting a company and these are our first two real clients, can Y'all give us some design critiques PLEASE! we need tha help.

the furniture site:
well - it looks like a decent site....all except for the logo which is kinda "perv" looking the "NET" is kinda bad and lacks a little perspective and the guy on the sofa looks...well - pervert. It also makes the header a bit redundand since you have another couch on there.

Also the huge flyer in the middle of the page needs better resolution.

I didn't get a good look at the other site...
