it's very nice. But one thing bothers me a lot. Yoy're doing yourself a disfavor by showcasing inspirational sites with pics while keeping your own work as text only links. The way it looks now (especially since "inspiration" is written so small) it's like you have no content and show other people's work.
I think you should switch the work/inspiration areas and put pics for your own stuff...
