This is a company I am opening with a guy I know, hopefully all goes well, I feel that the site is.

Well the first thing that comes to mind is the empty header. You need more to create interest....otherwise its just wasted space. Do you even need a header?? You could scrap it and create interest elsewhere. Dont be afraid to break a rule or 2.

About the header.......why is it outlined in black? It should be outlined in blue like everything else.

Your section headers "tell a friend" and "projects" are blurry. Try to fix that...be sure your text is set to crisp or similar.

Id also reccomend a soft BG pattern. I hate them......but i think due to the light color scheme it'll help your layout pop. Otherwise...its a good start.

I agree with Rodder, and I'd also like to add that the place for body text is really wide - its not easy to read text with that many words per line, and it looks bad. You could have three good paragraphs there and it would look like you didn't type anything. So I'd suggest breaking it down so that there are less words per line (less wide) and also using a bigger font (Arial at like 78% seems to work for me).

why release the site if all of the portfolio is offline? it's really the most important part of the site.
and and "web design company offers superior service in the Web Site Design and Web Development" somehow i have a difficult time beleiving that when the comcast page comes up on a page not found. ;)

i dont like the background..looks to "clip art" `ish

This site looks terrible at anything above 1024x768. My boss at a store I work at had a mac (one of those huge screens with massive resolution), and I was nervous to show her, and I did, and the site looked terrble. What do I do?

I don't like the colors.

Colors - Too cold. Add in an orange or something to warm it up a bit.

its not bad, add a splash of color as mentioned, change the background.. and get rid of that world map, its been done too many times.
