Art is a subjective thing. Some people are good at it, some aren't. Some are intentionally bad at it because they are making some kind of statement. But who is to decide what is good and what is bad. In my opinion there is no good art and no bad art, just art.

And in the end there are two types of people in the world, artists and critics. And now I know which camp you speak from. ;)

I hate the site totally, but understand where you are coming from!

the images look like fractals with alot of attention paid to them...the code on the other hand isn't all that great...but that could be what he wants us to think.

Still, it's a funny lookin site.

Cool does not have to mean cool to everyone...what I think is cool you will probably think is silly.

As you say people make intentionally bad art...
This is probably made by someone that think he/she wants to make something that would get really famous because it's so weird.
But uhm...People who do this actually makes good but wierd art...
This is just wierd and crap.
Imo you should make thinks like this if you really aren't good at what you do.
