Edit ~~ the file size is now 277kb. .. which isnt incredibly small however it will do for now

I really hope your going to slice that up and tableize it , other then that the design looks alright, I dont think i'd go with the light blue text though.

It's a nice design. I agree about the light blue text. Yellow, pink, white... did you try these?

Wait, why do you just have one large background image? Why not slice it and put the images/text into tables?

Looks like it could be cleaned up a bit more...i.e. - changing the font and making the text non-scrollable
