Anyone help with the navigation bar lineup???

I like the overall feel of the site a lot. The main graphic on the homepage could use a replacement, it is very low quality and distorted.

The nav looks like it was sliced either 1 pixel short or long and therefore is throwing off the alignment. I would just shorten the nav a tiny bit and see how it fits.

Nice work, I would like to see the site with the new nav.
