Not much to critique... This belongs more to the Graphic Check/Digital Art section. Work on that logo of yours. Its very out of place. The CS dude on the right should be a little brighter.

Get some content in.

Move the text down so it is not so middleish... and that is a good idea, make the CS d00d brighter.

I don't know if you're the one who made that background, but I doubt it. You made your banner with a wallpaper that comes from shadowness.com

Using shadowness material for clan business is a bad idea, using it for your own company's website is even worse
