...so here goes: I have recently found out the place to be hosted. A free host, no ads whatsoever, the only cost is to participate in the forum discussions. link So I've finally uploaded my first site ever ;). I want to have critique, both negative and positive (if you can find it in your hearts). I know that it is a bit slow, I'm working on that, but could use a cupla pointers about how to do it. (My first sliced up pic ever, aswell) I also know that it seems to be working alright in: Mozilla, Explorer and Crazy Browser. Opera seems not to be willing to accept my css or something (Opera does support iframes ?) Other browsers I do no know... So...ok...now, I'll do it Pman Hit me ;) |

Well, the font for the navigation doesn't fit well with the design. The iframe scrollbar color doesn't really fit with the color scheme. Maybe the shade of red on the site would fit better. The whole layout is pretty darn small(well, you can blame my monitor res for that). Oh ya, I noticed there's a bunch of paragraph break lines on each ifram page.. What's with that? |

I think it looks alright, but there are a few things that I would change or work on some more. First, the font like sidez and doolittle said, doesnt really fit that style of the site IMO... change that to something more fitting and readable. Second, take the frame and get rid of the border/bevel look.... its kindof an eye-sore. And Lastlyl... do something with the scroll bars, what you have right now kindof fits the color scheme of the site, but it looks bad IMO. Maybe work with some variations and see if you can find something that works better. Other than that though I think it looks alright |
