My aunt asked me to create a simple site with certain colors and images for her, she is a technical writer etc. What do you think of it?

I dont really know what it is, but I kindof like the background of the second one. I would go with that one, but thats just me. Nice work on both of them though

well i didnt like the second one but i started looking at both side by side and i would go with the second one. The background gives it some livelyness. :confused:

good point. Actually, normally i'd advise against this kind of bg but it seems to work for this

#2 for me plz. i like how typography is shown off on the second one and that really goes well with the site's topic. nice job. i also like the curvy thing up at the top, nice touch.
