Hey I just finished a redesign of the homepage of a client site and am in need of some feedback. The original homepage had little purpose. I tried to make the new one more usefull and sleek. Please let me know what you like/dislike or any CC. Thanks http://www.acllc.com/ (original) http://www.acllc.com/home_test.html (proposed homepage) |

there's no noticable difference, other than the addition of content. Yes, typically, content gives a site purpose. |

Well I think it looks better than the original, but I still think there needs to be something down with that photo. There needs to be something on the right side of it because its just kindof stops... i dont know maybe its just me ;) Other than that though I think it looks alright. |

It isnt much different from the original, but it does look a lot better. Really professional and clear and clean and to the point. Just please dont use an image for copy - I hate that. And some rollovers would be cool. :D

i would call this a 'tweak' rather than a 'redesign' 1. your changes are definitely improvements. i'd say you could push it further - that is if the client is allowing you. 2. tinting blue (or whatever) the photo might make it less boring |
