Is table based... But I use a few CSS tricks...

I seem to work fine on IE but still has some bugs (like the fact the shedule does not seems to show) on other broswer like Firefox. I wish to correct them but I been told than since 95% of our visitors use IE it does not matter... I kida fell unconfortable with this... well if we get complaintssit will not be my fault...

Its not the best one I ever did but I don't thinks its ugly...

Just if you wonder... yes it is legal...

it's not very pleasing to the eye. to start, all your content text needs to be smaller. using any css? also, try and find a way to make it look contained. right now it just kind of floats off into space on the right if you're on a high res. your grey boxes on the left have no common style to the nav panel on the top. i still don't know what the site is about.
