What do you want me to improve on it?

The font in the top banner doesn't fit at all. I don't like the sides of the site - that shadow has been overdone to death. The layout itself is ok, but the right and left sides of the nav look odd.

Keep at it, i like the mood of that banner, minus the font.

I like the layout, but I have a few thoughts....

The nav doesn't seem centered to me. There is more space to the right of the nav than on the left. If you were looking for a "symetrical" looking site, you'd probably want to fix that.

I don't mind the shadow thing. I think if it's done tastefully, it doesn't matter if you use it. I think that what you did fits your layout, although I would stroke either side of the site (containing the shadow) with a 1 pixel line to give the sides of the site some kind of a subtle "border" of sorts. With your color scheme, you could do a light grey or black with opacity turned down quite a bit (might be better, you'd could play with different levels of opacity to reduce or increase the "presence" of the border).

Some may say the header image of your site is too big, but I think it's nice. May look big in 800 X 600, but looks just fine in 1024 X 768.

What did u improve on your own since your last post/critique?? All i see is a diff. header image. Im not trying to be an jerk, but we are not going to build your site for you. Show me some real improvements, and i'll help you improve on those.
