try to remove the blue border and make the white one smaller - to 1 or 2 pixels. and also the navigation font could be changed - make it a bit more explosive.

I would agree!

on your main page i don't really like the navigation as decta told you.

I don't like the colors on your page very much...

Again i think your borders and stuff are to big. The blue you have used is wuite boring with the black. Yeah

OH MY GOD I just forgot how much 56K Modems suck... Im at a friends lake house, and he just has 56K, now I realized why everyone hates when u put big images on the forum... I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN! I feel for you 56k modem people!. :(
