i like the imag frames up at the very top, but the content area looks very empty. also, you might want to go back and clean up that big black line on the right side.

I agree with kranekick, but I think you should remove that curvy black line ... its not workin.

I think it is very cool. I feel like a peeping tom... especially with the birthday images. Overall the design is nice but I think having a new window pop up for each image might be enough for the average viewer to bail. That would be my big suggestion. Work out a way to get the images to pop up in the parent browser. My 2 cents.
