um, business layout I guess

Well, yeah, just a business template I put together. What should I change on it? C&C greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure I could trust a business with a little character like that in the corner, unless it was a southpark business.

i hope u never show somehting like this to a client that says "yeah, i know u're not stupid, you could obvously see the building." it's usually best to grab more proff looking text.
the main font at the top to me looks more fun than business like. i have to agree with michaelp about the cartoon guy. i think i've talked to you about doing stuff like that to your work.

I love business sites.
Here are some ideas how to get a even more business style for it.
Under your business name the blue stripes should be thinner...
The blue round thingy on the right...uhm I would take that away.
It's a bit too plain to be eyecandy and if it's not eyecandy there isn't a point for it to be there.
...The font well uhm...yes...Can't say anything about that because you would probably use the the font that the company uses with a logo on the right or left...right?
The font text could be a bit smaller.
I do like verdana but not at that size.
Looks too "amaturistic".
And yup the guy is a bye bye guy.
Still like the basics of it all :D

hmm, I don't like it... it looks too boring to me. Not fresh and attractive, that keyboard at the top is such a cliche. Using one bright color in there would make the layout a lot better!

Aight, thanks for the input. I was just being stupid yesterday, I have no idea why I stuck the cartoon there. It WILL be gone, and I am gonna change the text. I was a friggin moron yesterday... wtf was I thinking?

As has been mentioned lose the cliched pictures of keyboards and high rise blocks. It all smacks of "boy in bedroom" designing to me.

Hmmm... I really don't like this for a business site... business sites HAVE to be catchy, and VERY clean... but the keyboard doesn't work, it has nothing special about it, on top of that, all the white space!

Thx for the comments, I will fix that up when I get home from school and then let you rip it up again. :p That's why I love this place, if people don't like it, they tell you they dont like it. Most people are usually, "It's okay, you could improve."
