a gendes idea

Not completely satisfied with this, but I think its a good start. I want it to be relatively simple, when it loads it will just be the left element, showing the newest news. The other links will be the same, but on the click for the portfolio work, the second part will open up. I'm not sure exactly how it will work - probably double php includes on a "frameset" page. Will that work?

Four links are somewhat similar - probably pretty redundant.

I don't like that it forces me to bend my neck to read the buttons. I have a sore, stiff neck

also the light grey is kinda hard to read on the light blue...

otherwise nice

Sorry, but my eyes hurt just looking at the blue color. Maybe a softer blue? Also, I don't really like the layout. Sorry.
