Here is a layout I have been working on. What should I do to improve it?

ALSO: Please suggest a font that would look good on the nav, tahoma is just there temporarily.

The arrows kinda suck... they're jaggy and not that attractive...

Yeah I don't like any of the fonts you used... but I'm not sure what would look good either. Font choice is so crucial... something even I have yet to master :rolleyes:
