2 things, Under ground kingz ain't really aligned with anything...
I would make it turn the same way as the gray background behind it and I would use the same blue on it as the bg of the header.
And that shoutbox could really use some CSS and change the width so there ain't a horizontal scroll
But otherwise very nice
I like how the gray boxes are "rounded" instead of just squares.

as for the site. . . i like the nav clear n sleek i like the header i like the overall design simple is the key, i agree with the above i would think it be better to get a differnt dhout box that u can choose your own color, check the resource section

yes i see what u mean about the shoutbox css style, when i last uploaded my stuff, the css style got deleted from shout box, but its fixed now.

It still has a horizontal scroll though...
Oh and one more thing...
I don't think you need that splash page.
The site is so much nicer than the splahs so it will only scare people away more than bring people in

I agree about the splash - looks ugly
But the site is nice

Blow the splash up, it sucks. The site on its own is friggin awesome though.
