Need a little help

When doing design I always run into the same problem and that is when it comes time ot make a header for it.... does anyone have any suggestions for making headers like where they get there pics and ideas from and some general rules

Show us specific designs so we can make comments. www.sxc.hu is also a good place to get free pics.

It isn't so much one design at the moment it's just all design I always have problems making the header and then usually I get frustrated and delete it lol
ps thx for that site I have been looking for a site like that for some time
