Critique my layouts I drew in school

Thanks for the feedback guys, I have been doing a lot of effect tutorials and things like that so I can make all the vast parts of this site come together. I think once I learn all of the methods and techniques I can do it, so basically this is my goal for now (to finish the site).

I have started the layout and I am doing it at 600x700 I felt that this site will look better as a small site. Mostly everything on the site will have a metal or a plastic type look to them. I have decided on the colors and they are black,white,and blue and there will be many shades of each with a little grey too. Hopefully I can finish this up and show all you guys, but for now those pictures are all I got.
