I like everything except the logo in the middle of the photo...
You still got that logo a bit up so you don't need 2 of them.
Otherwise nothing to comlain about nice.

I don't know why you're puking, but its a nice design. I dont like the transparent/drop shadow logo. The red is really red, but its nice. It needs the bright green and blue and white of the landscape to contrast, though. You might want to make your subnavigation text in your HTML, though. Not images. Thats just my opinion, though.

I think you overdid it on the glare on the main logo, and also on the glares in the left and right columns, and the red boxes at the bottom are too red. tone that down and you've got yourself a nice site

ok, the 2nd design didn't have any improvement over the first, nor did it take any consideration to any critique.

however, it did have hicks. I guess hicks make everything better.
