holy crap dude....600k??? That layout shouldnt be more than 35k at most. Save the links as 8 or 16 color gifs......(u may be able to get away with 4 (tough call though) and the header should be a gif (32 should be good. maybe 16 depending on how smooth u want the gradient).

Yah, you're using jpegs and they look like **** in the header =]... Other than that, pretty nice!
