a different approach to a school site

A bit too "caotic" for my taste...
But I that's the way grunge should be.
But not sure...i still think if it's going to be some kind of school thingy then it should be fresh and welcoming...
But what the h... do i know :D

I don't know - I like it... although grunge is not really my thing - but yeah I think the navigation could be improved...

What will that look like on 600x800? Or shouldn't I ask? It's cut off on 1024x768, too, but I guess thats to be expected...

I like the design - I would have noticed the navbar I think. Maybe a rollover would be nice, though...?

made a few small adjustments.
the nav links at the top should be more obvious now and the red one is a rollover example. added a few small things all around and sized it down just a bit so it's right at 750px wide.

I agree with censured. Grunge is definitely not the feel that you want to a school design. School designs are supposed to make you feel relaxed and at home and are supposed to entice you to come to the school... not kick you in the face with eye-raping madness and randomness.

other than that, it's a nice design. Although I looked at your personal site too and you seem to do a lot of trendwhore ****. You should try varying it up. More is less.. more is less.

Btw i hope you don't mind.. i'm definitely gonna try doing that "photo imitation" thing, where the gundam is like moving in each frame... too cool :D

very nice job on the site. Once those buttons are a little more in-place it will look very nice. :D

About the layout, I can't say I'm too crazy about it.. Just the "all-kinds-of-sh*t-all-over-for-nothing-and-then-a-tiny-iframe-holding-some-token-content" - thing I don't like. :D
