I can't seem to figure out how to enter the damn site. I click enter on one splash, and I'm directed to another splash, which only takes me back to the first splash. WTF. Bad design ...

Might be good if I could actually get IN the mofo.

It might have opened a new window behind the one you were in, it did that to me, but the main window would do as you described. But then again you would have seen the other one eventually.
