Some of the letters are hard to read because of the background. You should make it lighter or make the text darker.

When you first arrive you have to be able to do 13 pushups, 17 situps, and run the mile in like 8 minutes 30 seconds....this is actually all pretty easy don't you thinK? I do.

That's it? Jeeze ... I thought it would be harder than that.

Oh, by the way, I'll probably be reading your jounal every so often, heh. I plan on joining the military (air force) pretty soon so reading about what you go through will kinda prepare me I guess. :D Glad you posted that.

thx for the comment but i don't understand what you are talking about when you say center it. i have it opening up in its own pre-sized window that can't be minimized or maxamized. it is already centered. please explain? thanks!

it looks fine to me actually but it was me I would've made it into 3 frames

------------------------
Header
------------------------
menu| content |
menu| content |
menu| content |
menu| content |
menu| content |
menu| content |

and content frame will be the only one that can scroll down, anyways that's just my idea...
