Well here we go. I'm relatively new to web design, about a year into it.

My first project was a site for the sign shop I worked at. It was, as I'm sure most first attempts are, not impressive; however, I recently redesigned the site. It is almost complete and I would love to hear what anyone out there has to say about it.

Man, I dig it. I like the colors and the layout, the only thing that stands out is the red arrows on your scroll, looks a bit odd.
Good job...

Those red arrows were originally teal and matched everything else. I had to change it because too many users were not getting the idea that they could scroll. I changed the color to draw attention for those that don't get it.

Hopefully the red isn't too distracting for the flow of the rest of the site.

Thought you might like to know that the red arrow scroll bars do not work in IE 5.0 on the Mac. Your tables also seem to be having a few problems (seems like some of the text in one of the cells is being thrown out of the layout/table).

Overall nice work.

I'm not a real fan of the fade to white.
The the words in the menu look kind of blurry and are kind of hard to read.

Somethimes the mousovers on the menu, highlight on their own, making a wave from the top to the bottom item. Is this supposed to be? I find it kinda freaky.

--> it let's you browse the website folders, add a index file that redirects you to the home.htm file

Another thing about fading is that if a user doesn't have that great graphic card (is it called that in english), the fading will not work smooth.

Did that on one of my projects and didn't find out before it was to late :(

Otherwise great site.
