Nice Menu in flash

I found this while I was searching information about a book...

The site is simple, evenodinary... but the menu are very nice... no bip and blip just a really nice felling...

The menu is first found in a shorth intro,but its reapeted in all the pages with out the intro (the loading animation on the page are nice)

If you are talking about the menus on the left then yeah it's pretty creative and good feeling so but the top menu was just ordinary....
