Well I would say it's a good start. An early start at that. It looks very incomplete. It's just begging for something to be 'on top' of what you have three. Some sort of 3D rendering. A logo... Some text. Anything. Scanlines usually make things look like a background. So if you don't put anything in the foreground, it looks kinda funny. Figure out something else to put on top of all that, and I think it will be a big improvement.

nicely done, i really like it. but as deker says it would help a lot of it were to have something ontop of it. it could turn out to be a nice background though. but might i ask what you used to make tthe hexagonal shapes? were they done pixel by pixel?
