very cool....I like the transparent effect.... The colors are cool....not sure if I like the drop shadow inside the swirl though...very nice though.

Your signature is nice. Very cool and mellow. And 3d-ish. I don't like the wallpaper as much. Too bright. But it is interesting. It looks like you are looking through the sun at a barren, scorched earth with mountains. At least that's what I see.

Who really cares?

People with 56k modems that have to download the signatures of 6 or 7 people that post on any particular thread. Even at under 25k a piece, that's probably 150k they have to download for no other reason than to have people's signatures on the page. Do you remember how long 150k takes to download on a 56k modem? (assuming you don't use 56k anymore) Yes, Snore gets picked on some because he is always the one that mentions it, but none of the rest of us have to since he always catches it. If he didn't, someone else would. Your signature will still look fine if you optmize it a little more.

I like that Exsis.. maybe you should make some sort of logo in the center of that yellow sun-like thing

I got back from my dads and he has a 56k and this page loaded everything in about 30 seconds

I really care!! Not everyone is on a near 53k connection.. Im out in the sticks.. and for various reasons I am only ever able to connect at 24kbps... so yeah.. it makes a difference to me..

it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out File>save for web.. heck their is even an option that lets you put in your target file size, then you can choose a file format, and then the program optimizes it to that size.
