I'm New.. Rate My Art

I'm new to the forum. I am fairly new to photoshop. Tell me what you think of my art.

First is the signature image. I'm going to make a better one but I will stick with this for now.

Really if you're new nothing is bad...
You really seem to like grids and the wind-filter don't you? :D

I like your sig but the other pictures dont strike me as very good. But if your new its all great.

Yea wind and cheesy lens flares....

Otherwise its good, why not just use stroke on the letters? or create a lightning effect and blend it over your sig or other art.

Don't feel bad if people don't like your 1st images man. It won't take long to be making kick-ass images. Don't despair if your images don't turn out the way you want them too, and don't get frustrated if you get negative comments on your early stuff. Absorb all those comments and use them to your advantage. Don't ever give and keep playing.

One tip for all early photoshop users:

Avoid the lens flair filter at all costs. There are about 2 good uses for that filter. And I've never seen either of them demonstrated in an image.
