It looks good, but at the same time, very very flat. And yeah, how come two sets of navigations?

I would like to see the metal shapes more 3D-ish - also the colors of the "worms" remind me of shrimp ****tail... there's even green for lettuce work more on the metal things... |

i would suggest making the tail with a darker air brush towards the edges and slowly work in to the center getting lighter as you go so it looks more realistic and also i would add a different metal texture...one that isnt so brushed it doesnt really appeal to me...

Well, the cat-eye logo was ok, but the rest did not appeal to me that much. Looks cluttred in there.......Or sumthin......Keep working on it though !!

As stated, it is extremely flat. Beveling objects won't do the job. Your metal doesn't look like metal...and you didn't blur it enough: the metal is WAY too sharp. The colors are just bad, try getting some warmer colors. The color scheme you picked has too many colors to begin with, and they do not look good together. Your thick squiggly tendrils have no definite light source and vary in size at parts. The orange spaghetti strands are the exact same size in length (if slime or whatever it should taper off) and just doesn't look good. I like the idea of the blinking eye, and the "watermark" in the background with the logo and text, and it looks good. However, it needs alot of work.
