Post you link in the main part not the sig. I often ignore sigs.

*great colors
*I would make the cross bar all the way across instead of just a small space.
*link on the address, your email and web
*on the cross bar, make the object moving back and forth alpha out. Right now it just disapears with no reason. It irks my eye.
*possibly make your lighter color even lighter. It just doesn't seem to have enough contrast.
*the left side seems like it needs something, you have soemthing on some pages, but it really needs it on all pages
