IMHO:
the text in the top header graphic (in the little yellow bar thing) is unreadable [font, size, etc. i dunno)

the gear/ axle looking thing needs some kinda color i think.. its looks out of place kinda

Yeah I agree with oranjcrush, the text in the header graphic is really small, fuzzy, and pretty much unreadable. The only other then that i dont really like is the bottom, like the copyright area and stuff, I think it needs some more graphics its kindof plain compared to the rest of the layout....

Overall, I think that its a really nice design. Nice work and welcome to the forums :D

i agree on the font thingie...and also i agree on maybe givin the gear a little, subtle, color?

otherewise i think its a great start.. looks good imo..

I like it also, a little crowded, but that's it.
