this is the early beta for digisoftstudios II.
The calendar currently works, but you cannot go ahead or back months yet.
I still have to work on a loading system for the content.
-- Then the content

i still have some slight file size problems.

I actually think it looks better before the background image loads. Might want to add some more flash animation, do something more with the links. But still very cool!

I think it looks great but i have some suggestions...

1. I agree with jake I think it looks much better without the background image, I would make it optional or something.

2. I would lower the opacity of the backgounds on like the calendar and graphics and news, etc... so that you can see image behinde it... because i really like that background image (not the picture that loads later)

3. I would make the gradients along the bottom MUCH lighter, it just looks to dark and out of place compared to the light outlines and stuff of the rest of the site...

Other then that i think its off to a great start, good graphics, nice loading time, and everything seems to be running smoothly...

Nice work sybersnake :D

by background, what exactly do you mean?? I transposed the large graphic onto the calendar cells.
I also lightened the gradients.
