Well, I've an idea of putting add-ins like Shoutbox, Polls, etc. into the empty spaces, and I've put a shoutbox for a test. How does it look?

I say lose the iframe and let everything extend to the bottom. And... where's this Shoutbox you speak of...

yeah that looks pretty nice man. What i would do to improve it is center the whole thing and maybe valign it in the middle, also like paav said, get rid of the comic sans.

Maybe some rollovers for the links too. Remember to check you site in different browsers and versions, because there are are few bugs i can see in opera at the moment you might like to fix up. :D

actually its been said, but wanted to let you know what i thought to

- center it, both vertically and horizontally
- loose the comic sans, its so 'not-good-and-ugly'
- rollovers on the menu, for the looks of it
- fix that bug with the footer (as others also commented)
- im not to fond of the pattern you have behind yout text (the square pattern)

i think thats about it.. but if this is your first, you sure are on the right track as Paavo kindda said
nice work

I improved as much as you guys mentioned, and also added a few things by myself. I hope you can get a second look at it. Thanks. :D

There is something weird with that text field...
it's always in the same position, while the other parts changes position regarding to the resolution. So on my computer the text field is OVER the buttons....(unless I resize the window)
I use explorer 6, like most do

yeah...thanks for reminding. It's obviously the problem of Layers. Should I give up on using them because of these? or is there any other ways for correcting this problem?

Yep it looks good other then the fact that you used layers and now its all jacked up on high resolutions... us iframes if you have to but I would recommend NEVER using layers... :p
