Looking For a Critique

I was in a bad mood when I made this.. It's my first attempt at the dark / grunge look really. I added in a quote from God Emporer of Dune to spice it up a bit and add some brightness. What do you guys think?

I like the feeling it gives...
Its really works on a dark background.....on the white background it is decieving. It is a whole lot better than it appears on that page.
I'm not sure a little something in the dark area on the bottom to kinda offset it, wouldn't work nicely.

Technically it's not on a page at all so the background to the image is just your color scheme, I linked directly to the image but I suppose it would have been wiser for me to put it on a page w/ a black background.

I'd have to agree with torn here. I think you could add a little somethin' to that bottom right corner. Maybe something about a 50% opacity just to kind of symmetrize it a bit more. The left side seems much heavier than the right.

And lets not get into a dictionary argument again. I don't know and I don't care whether or not symmetrize is a word. But you all know what I mean.

Nice work! I generally like the grunge-ish dark look of art, and two of my friends are gods at it. I think it looks nice, a very valiant and good looking first attempt. And I'm going to go geekish dictionary mode...isnt persuit spelled, "pursuit"?

Cool. I like it. I had a hard time reading "......Path to". Looks cool.
Oh, BTW Did anyone say how cool your sig is? If not, I thinks it's awesome.
