It gives me the feeling of looking at a subway train through a glass wall that's been covered with graffiti. Also reminds me of playing with scissors when I was a kid and making random shapes and slices in paper when I was bored. I think it's a nice design... Those bright white letters seem almost out of place though. Yes, they are grungy, but they are just solid white. I would expect them to be more randomly colored, maybe a little transparent, or airbrushed to make them look dirty to fit with the grunge theme. Good job.
