Well, I think you kind of have to many fonts and doesn´t have a visual identity. Also your roll over buttons take to long to load. Maybe Flash or CSS would be better than the rollover buttons that take to long to load.
The letters are also a bit tilted I think. Maybe you should use tables to center your menu.
To many fonts also
