Hurt is usually a bad thing. :]

There's one thing that bothers me. I'm having trouble accepting the word you used for your team link, "Enigma." Unless you want to convince your clients that your group is surrounded by mystery and will confuse them to heck.

And yeah, the bevels should be toned down. :]

The bevels are quite over done. The colors are kinda boring. "professional" i guess, but that doesn't mean they have to be boring. The fonts are boring too. Impact in the navigation and so forth... And in your client work, the flash based text is anti-aliased which makes it look all blurry and hard to read.

in the portfolio section, you have a bulleted list, but then you right aligned everything. Do one or the other. There is no sense in doing both. The odd spacing on the left makes it look really bad. Either left align with bullets, or right align with no bullets.

There is a lot of --- scattered all over the place. Why?

In your digital art section it says "standby". Does that mean I should wait a few seconds for the images to load, or come back in 3 months when you've put stuff online?

I really hope your Philosophy is a joke or just filler text... Because it makes no sense whatsoever. Using big meaningless words does not make you look professional. It makes it look like you wanted to look more professional, so you sat down with a thesaurus and a dictionary and wrote your Philosophy. Just use well written every day english.

I wouldn't put your pictures or birthdays on your professional site. People will automatically be hesitant to work with you when they see how young you are. Most people know that young people are good with computers, but a 60 year old business owner isn't going to care. He's looking for professionalism, price, and when it can be done over how cool the flash is.
