It's a good start, but can be better improved.
I think you should change the font for the words "plan1...", they are big and kinda hard to read.
In whole, I think your fonts need some changing, if that site is meant to be professional.

yeah I'm changing those peice of **** plan heading things.
Other than that....what fonts need changing?

Oh, and remember...for all viewing, speakers on!

You need to work on your typography. All the fonts need work, they don't really mix.

As for the flash header, is it really a need?

yeah same here...

Yeap i agree, i think it needs alot more work, it needs some spiceing up or something, it just doesnt really flow...

Another thing would be like sidez said, work on the fonts.. they all need to work together, and these ones... well dont...

My only questions really is...
Does the thing really need to be flash, because there is no animations other then when you first load the page... IMO flash isnt needed in this case.. :p
