ok first off I just cranked up this design in like 5 min after seeing pavs cool new design, I guess you could say inspired ;)

I like the second one much much better. The first one is just too common, you the little rectangle with bottons on top all the time. Second one is much more original.

It is more colourful and adds more vibrant to the website.
It is certainly more attractive than the first.

I kinda like the first one... looks cleaner, more professional.. but still has some style.

The second one is good too, but it just looks more like a personal site or something, it doesnt look like your trying to sell your designes... just display them.

Just my opinion though.. :p
