Not sure bout both templates being used for a webhosting company.

For the first, the colors are too bright. The burning flame on the monitor doesn't look professional. The tube also is a nono. The navigation bar needs work too. Try to keep away from gradients.

The second looks pretty decent cept for that baby, the grids and the random text bout the websites.
