I think the top looks very good, but the bottom needs some more work. And those animated gifs bother me.

what could i do to the bottom to make it look better?

As for the repeating question, it was vertically... but it looks alot better now... as for the rest of the site...

I dont think the animated gifs are that big of a problem, but they would work alot better if they were flash.

The bottom part is kindof "open" on higher resolutions, maybe add some simple background image to make it look less white, or add some more images to the middle part to fill in all that space.

Other then that i think it looks great man... nice work :D
